Use the tool responsibly and treat every output as a draft.
Using ShotToPrompt
You may use ShotToPrompt to analyze short videos and create editable prompt drafts. You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to agree to these terms, and follow the laws that apply to you.
Your videos and rights
You keep your rights in material you submit. Whether you upload a file or paste a public link, you confirm that you own the video or have permission and all necessary consent to process it. A publicly reachable URL does not by itself grant permission. Do not submit pornography or sexually explicit material; any sexual content involving minors; exploitative content; non-consensual intimate imagery; unlawful violent or hateful material; private material without authorization; malware; or content that infringes another person's copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
AI-generated output
ShotToPrompt analyzes observable features and creates a new prompt; it does not recover an original prompt or guarantee an identical recreation. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing the prompt and for any media you create with it, including compliance with the rules of downstream video tools.
Fair use of the service
Do not bypass sign-in, credit, request, or service-capacity limits; automate abusive traffic; probe for vulnerabilities; interfere with other users; or use the service to develop or distribute harmful or unlawful material. Content-safety systems may reject and delete a submission. A rejected submission may consume an anti-abuse request attempt and may lead to a temporary block, but a failed or incomplete analysis does not consume an Analysis Credit.
Launch Pack and Analysis Credits
Each signed-in account receives one welcome grant of 3 Analysis Credits, valid for 180 days. The Launch Pack is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and provides 40 additional Analysis Credits that expire 180 days after payment. One completed analysis of a supported clip up to 15 seconds uses one credit; the active credits expiring soonest are used first. Credits are attached to the ShotToPrompt account, are a limited service entitlement, have no cash value, cannot be transferred or resold, and do not include future longer-video features.
Creem acts as the payment and checkout provider and shows the final total, currency, and applicable tax before you authorize payment. Credits are granted only after ShotToPrompt receives and verifies Creem's signed payment confirmation. The success page or its URL alone does not create an entitlement.
Purchase access and recovery
You must remain signed in to start an analysis or a new purchase. Keep access to your Google account or email secure; anyone able to sign in as you may use the account's remaining credits. A legacy recovery key cannot by itself start an analysis; earlier purchase entitlements must be connected to a verified signed-in account. If you lose account access, contact support with the account email and Creem order or receipt information; recovery may require verification.
Refunds, disputes, and reversals
You may request a full refund within seven days of purchase if no paid Analysis Credit from that pack has been used, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Contact us with the purchase email and order identifier. Approved refunds are returned through Creem to the original payment method. Refunds, chargebacks, or payment reversals revoke unused credits from the affected purchase; a dispute may temporarily freeze paid access while it is investigated. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Availability and changes
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Features, model behavior, welcome-credit policy, request limits, and supported formats may change. Purchased credits retain their stated quantity and expiry unless refunded, reversed, or suspended for abuse. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent storage of generated results, or fitness for a particular production purpose.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ShotToPrompt is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, downstream generation costs, or claims arising from content you submit or create. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Privacy and contact
The Privacy Policy explains data processing. Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact form or emailed to support@shottoprompt.com.
