Using ShotToPrompt

You may use ShotToPrompt to analyze short videos and create editable prompt drafts. You must be legally able to agree to these terms and must follow the laws that apply to you.

Your videos and rights

You keep your rights in material you submit. You confirm that you own the video or have permission to process it. Do not upload unlawful content, private material without authorization, malware, or content that infringes another person's copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

AI-generated output

ShotToPrompt analyzes observable features and creates a new prompt; it does not recover an original prompt or guarantee an identical recreation. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing the prompt and for any media you create with it, including compliance with the rules of downstream video tools.

Fair use of the service

Do not bypass usage limits, automate abusive traffic, probe for vulnerabilities, interfere with other users, or use the service to develop or distribute harmful or unlawful material. We may block abusive requests or change limits to keep the MVP available.

Availability and changes

The MVP is provided on an as-available basis. Features, model behavior, limits, and supported formats may change. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent storage of generated results, or fitness for a particular production purpose.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ShotToPrompt is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, downstream generation costs, or claims arising from content you submit or create. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
